It isn't money that makes the world go around, it's human labour, people grow the food and build the infrastructure; money does nothing. Money is simply an expression of energy, when you exchange money, you are exchanging quantised values of labour, when you buy a chocolate bar with that money, you are exchanging the energy it took to create that chocolate bar, for the energy it took to earn that money, but money is not like bitcoin, its value does not directly represent the processing power it took to mine it.
Money in the modern economy is created with no effort, globally there is an inequality of the exchange rate between labour and money. People with shares can do nothing and get paid thousands, while others who work themselves to death can’t afford to live. Our rewards in life should be in direct proportion to our contributions, but that energy is siphoned off and redistributed by an army of middlemen; bankers and corporations who give the fruit of our labour [profit] to shareholders, instead of the people who worked for it.
That is the system we live in, and it harms everyone in it apart from the money makers, places like Africa have been getting exploited for hundreds of years, we could have a much safer, more productive world if our energy was used for our direct benefit, as opposed to stored in accounts. Whoever controls the creation and distribution of money through the use of loans, controls the rate and direction of development, allowing them to manufacture scarcity and to cull innovation and production.
They don’t want us to reach a high level of self-sustainability and to become independent of their global pyramid scheme, because if our survival is no longer tied to their monetary system, there would be no way to control our development. Without us as a natural resource to siphon energy from, their hierarchy would dissolve and we would be their equals in power and influence.
